The silicone surface fully encapsulates a fiberglass mesh core. Each mat has a nominal 0.75 mm thickness and a flexible border for handling.

Lay the mat flat on a compatible baking sheet, arrange your food and bake according to the applicable product and oven instructions. Allow the tray and mat to cool before lifting and cleaning.

A little care, every day.
Wash before first use and after baking with mild soap, water and a soft sponge. Let the mats cool before cleaning and dry fully before storage. Do not cut on the mats or expose them to direct flame, a grill or a broiler. Follow the product's supplied temperature guidance. Baking trays, food and other props pictured are not included.
